Sugar Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored & sliced
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 tsp. tapioca
    3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate, unfrozen
    1 tsp. cooking oil
    3 pkgs. Sweet Ones (sugar substitute)
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together; let stand 10 minutes.
    Place in 9 inch pie crust; cover and make two slits in top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
