Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Beat eggs; add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well, then add zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Pour into loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
