Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the sugar and shortening together, then add the eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour and add gradually.
Can make drop cookies or roll out, but cool the batter first if you are going to roll them out.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
