Six Week Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box bran
    2 c. boiling water
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    raisins or dates
    1 c. molasses
Preparation
    Pour 2 cups
    hot water over bran and let it stand while mixing muffins.\t Mix
    wet
    ingredients\ttogether.
    Add\twet ingredients to dry ingredients.
    Add soaked bran and mix well. Store in
    refrigerator.
    Will
    keep
    6
    weeks. Bake at 350\u00b0 in oiled muffin tins
    or
    cup\tcases,\t15
    to 20 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Yields 6 dozen.
