Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. nuts or 2
2 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Grease and flour one loaf pan.
Mix ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
