Zucchini Lo-Cal Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. 1% milk
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute the onion and zucchini in margarine until tender.
    Add broth and simmer 15 minutes.
    Pour into blender, 1/3 at a time, and whip until smooth. Add milk, dill, salt and pepper.
