Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 flat anchovies, mashed
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
6 to 8 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. good vinegar
1/4 tsp. fresh pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
juice from 2 lemons
coddled egg
Parmesan cheese (to be sprinkled over the top)
1 head lettuce, torn
croutons
Preparation

Mix all dressing ingredients and pour over lettuce.
Add croutons and stir once more.
Use Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
