12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

In large saucepan, melt peanut butter, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 2 tablespoons butter; stir occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.
Spread mixture into wax paper-lined 8 x 8-inch pan.
