Sausage Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Lightly brown sausage in frying pan, breaking into pieces. Remove sausage to absorbent paper and reserve 1/4 cup drippings.
