Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Place roast in Dutch oven; add soup mix and mushroom soup. Add water to cover roast.
Cover.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours. Add carrots and potatoes during last 45 minutes of cooking if desired.
