Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 c. sliced cooked zucchini
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    2 c. stuffing mix
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.
    Place in 2-quart baking dish.
    Toss stuffing mix with butter and spoon over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes about 6 cups.
