Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients and set aside.
    Mash bananas. Beat eggs until light.
    Mix bananas and eggs together.
    Add dry mixture and mix. Add nuts and stir well.
    Put in a 9 x 5-inch buttered loaf pan. Some like to add 2 tablespoons melted butter to the batter.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
