Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. egg whites or whites from 8 or 10 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar (1 c. sugar to flour - 1 c. to eggs)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, salt, vanilla and water until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar.
    Beat until slightly stiff.
    Add 1 cup sugar gradually, then fold in flour and sugar mixture gradually.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
