Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
5 c. flour
4 tsp. vanilla
5 c. shredded zucchini
6 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
6 c. sugar
4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs well; add sugar, oil and zucchini.
Add flour and mix well.
Batter should be of cake-like consistency.
Divide batter evenly between three 9 x 5-inch bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
