Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. water (not hot)
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix lukewarm water and yeast; set aside.
    Mix together oil, salt, sugar and 1 cup water; then add yeast.
    Add flour.
    Make into a dough ball; coat bowl and top of dough ball with oil.
    Cover with a tea towel and put in a warm place, or in sink with warm water. Let rise about 1 or 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down.
    Let rise again about 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size.
    Make rolls.
    Let them rise about 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
    If you like a soft crust, coat baked rolls with butter and cover with tea towel for 5 minutes.
    To make sweet rolls, add more sugar.
