Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. pumpkin
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and water.
Beat in eggs; add pumpkin.
Sift dry ingredients twice.
Add 1/2 to batter, then add rest with nuts and the vanilla.
Grease four Number 303 cans with shortening; sprinkle with flour.
Fill cans 1/2 full; bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0, or until done.
Remove from cans in 10 minutes.
