Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. raisins
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease 2-quart casserole dish. Combine eggs, sugar and milk. Beat well. Fold in rice, lemon juice, vanilla, butter, nutmeg and raisins. Pour into casserole dish and put in pan of boiling water. Bake for 45 minutes or until custard is set. Bake at 350\u00b0.
