Apple Pandowdy(Sugar Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cooking apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. granulated brown sugar replacement
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples; place in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish.
    Combine flour, salt, vinegar and water in saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla, butter and brown sugar replacement; pour mixture over apple slices.
