Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. each: salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Beat together sugar, pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Sift together flour, soda, salt and spices; mix well with egg mixture.
Add raisins, nuts and water.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inches).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
Turn out on rack to cool completely before cutting.
