Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about one hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
