Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oats
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla wafers and cocoa.
Mix well.
Add oats and mix.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Roll in 36 balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
Store in fridge.
