Carrot-Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. grated carrots
    grated peel of 1 orange
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Stir
    together
    flour,
    baking
    powder,
    soda, salt and spices.
    Set
    aside.
    Combine
    grated orange peel and carrots. In large
    bowl
    cream
    butter.
    Gradually
    beat in brown sugar until fluffy.
    Beat
    in eggs, one at a time.
    Alternately stir in flour mixture and carrot mixture until well blended.
    Stir in walnuts. Turn
    into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until pick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
    Turn out to cool completely.
