Black-Eyed Pea Salad 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. frozen corn, cooked 2 minutes in microwave
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
