Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 c. pepperoni
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Let bread thaw and rise, as per the package instructions. Roll as flat as possible.
    Top with butter, cheese and pepperoni. Roll up like a jelly roll.
    Spread egg over top and seal.
    Bake on foiled cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
