Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. pears, pealed and grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, cinnamon, and pecans in a large bowl.
    In a separate dish, combine oil, eggs, sugar, pears, and vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Spoon mixture into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
