Chinese Egg-Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Put chicken broth in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Immediately reduce heat to simmer.
Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to chicken broth, stirring until slightly thickened.
Add onion and stir.
Add egg very slowly, stirring to break it up.
Serve immediately.
