Ingredients

1 1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon peel
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 small jar apricot preserves
Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine and cream cheese well.
Add eggs, juice and peel.
Add flour and baking powder.
Chill several hours.
