Cookie Cutter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract or more
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and extract. Beat in dry ingredients.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes. Frost with orange flavored frosting.
    Better the second day.
