Kristy'S Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    4 or 5 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion until done.
    Line pan with chips (15 x 11-inch pan).
    Add layer of meat mixture, cover with tomatoes and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
