Strawberry Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) box frozen strawberries and juice (partially thawed)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and strawberries.
Beat well.
Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool only slightly and remove from pans.
