Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated zucchini (don't pack)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine and mix well.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven. Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
