Molded Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Dissolve lime gelatin in hot water.
Add pineapple juice and marshmallows.
Whip until marshmallows are dissolved.
Let cool until partially set.
Then add pineapple, celery, nuts, cream cheese and whipped cream.
Pour into mold and let set.
