Stuffed Bread(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. dry white or red wine
    2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, snipped
    1 large loaf French bread or 2 smaller loaves
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings.
    Crumble bacon and set aside.
