Sicilian Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. Philly cream cheese
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese spread
5 oz. blue cheese spread
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
dash of salt
dash of garlic powder
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Allow cheese to soften at room temperature.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth (except nuts).
Chill for 2 hours.
Shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.
Refrigerate.
