Zucchini Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil (not corn oil)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated zucchini squash
    2 c. raisins
    4 eggs
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add oil and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Mix all together.
    Add squash.
    Bake in 3 loaf pans.
    Cook 55 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
