Sausage Rolls Canadian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. flour
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. smoked sausage links
    mustard
    poppy or toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese or margarine, mixing until well blended.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Shape into ball; chill.
    Cut sausage links in half crosswise.
    Simmer in water 2 minutes; drain.
    Cool.
    Divide dough in half.
    On lightly floured surface, roll out each half to 12-inch square.
    Cut each square into 16 (3 x 3-inch) pieces.
    Spread each piece with mustard to within 1/2 inch of edge.
    Roll around sausage half; seal ends.
    Dip each roll in seed.
    Place seam-side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
