Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
2 beaten eggs
2 c. chopped dates
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Rice Krispies
Preparation

Cook first four ingredients for 15 minutes (medium heat) in an electric skillet.
When cooked, stir in nuts, vanilla and Rice Krispies.
Mix well.
Let cool about 10 minutes.
Roll in hand to make small balls and then roll in coconut.
Put on waxed paper on cookie sheet.
