Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 large green peppers
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomatoes
    dash of garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry steak in oil until brown.
    Place in roasting pan or crock-pot.
    Cover with remaining ingredients.
    Simmer at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender.
