Ingredients

8 medium chocolate chip cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
15 oz. chocolate chip (milk chocolate)
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. softened butter
3 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In blender, grind cookies up fine.
Add melted butter and mix.
Press into 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Pour half into pan over crust.
Smooth and spread over entire crust.
Keep remaining chocolate warm. Blend peanut butter and butter together.
Slowly beat in confectioners sugar; add vanilla.
Beat.
Spread over chocolate layer.
Pour remaining chocolate over peanut butter layer.
Chill for 1 hour.
Cut into bars and serve.
Very rich!
