Egg-Cheese Dish(Breakfast - Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, beaten
    8 slices bread, crusts removed and cut into cubes
    2 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 lb. bacon, partially cooked, drained, chopped (reserve)
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan generously.
    Spread the bread cubes over bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle cheese cubes over bread.
    In bowl beat eggs.
    Add milk and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour over cheese-bread in pan carefully.
    Cover with plastic or foil and place in fridge overnight.
    Next morning sprinkle bacon bits over mixture and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
