Easy Home Baked Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

In large bowl combine water, yeast, sugar and salt.* Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough.
Place in a greased bowl and cover.
Let rise until double in size, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Toss on floured board, divide in half, shape into 2 loaves.
Grease pans and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Place in the dough and let rise 45 to 60 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg white all over the top, and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seed.
