Nesselrood Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whipping cream
    powdered sugar (to suit your taste)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, quartered
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
Preparation
    Whip enough whipping cream to make 1 cup.
    Sweeten with powdered sugar to suit your taste.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff.
    Toast almonds. Put almonds, Grape-Nuts and 1 tablespoon cherry juice in large mixing bowl.
    Add whipped cream.
    Blend together.
    Fold in egg whites last.
    Pour all into desired serving bowl or flat pan and freeze.
