White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 or 4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Put dry yeast into large bowl; add flour and stir until yeast has dissolved.
    Add Crisco, sugar and salt; stir until dissolved. Add flour gradually, one cup at a time.
    Mix thoroughly.
    After all the flour has been mixed thoroughly, knead dough for about 5 minutes.
    Grease bowl and put dough in warm place, allowing it to rise until doubled in size.
    Cover bowl.
    When risen, punch dough down and knead again.
    Divide dough and put into greased bread pans.
    Allow to rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Makes 2 loaves.
