Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 egg
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Rub in butter and raisins. Add egg; mix with spoon, adding enough milk to form dough into a round loaf.
    Turn into pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
