Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; set aside. Combine oil, eggs and sugar in large bowl; mix well.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in strawberries and chopped pecans.
    Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
