Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar, eggs, buttermilk and pumpkin together.
    Beat flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Add with creamed mixture and beat until smooth.
    Add 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 3 (5 x 8-inch) bread pans or 17 mini loaf pans for 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
