Coffee Chocolate Chunk Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. instant coffee powder
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, cut into chunks
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix coffee with boiling water; let stand 15 minutes.
    Mix flour and baking soda; set aside.
    Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
    Mix in coffee, egg and vanilla.
    Stir in flour mixture until well blended.
    Add chocolate and nuts; stir until evenly distributed.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
