Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten well
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. fresh/frozen cranberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Blend together oil, sugar and egg.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to mixture alternately with orange juice.
Wash cranberries, chop them and fold into batter.
Pour into greased pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
