Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk or soured milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Have all ingredients at room temperature.
    Sift flour once. Measure.
    Add sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add. Sift again.
    Stir in raisins.
    Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and mix until flour is moistened.
    Turn into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 50 minutes to 1 hour.
    Remove from pan immediately and allow to cool thoroughly.
