Grandma'S Quick Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed banana
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat shortening until creamy; add sugar.
    Beat until thick to lemon colored.
    Sift dry ingredients; add granulated sugar with bananas.
    Blend thoroughly after each addition.
    Add nuts.
    Grease bottom of bread pan only.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 350\u00b0.
